Registration Instructions:
- Every Golfer must complete a separate registration form. On each form select the same package. The
handicap and GHIN# are required to participate in the skins pot and to flight golfers accordingly. - A Golfer + Non-Golfer should complete ONLY ONE FORM
- If there are others joining you (family, in-laws, etc) and they wish to attend the non-golfer social events, they
must register under the “Non-Golfer Guest-Social only Package.” They will not be eligible to attend the
banquet. - All attendees are required to stay at the Westin Hotel. Registrations will be cancelled and refunded if there is no matching hotel reservation 30 days prior to the start date.
- Payment is due at registration, except checks, which must be mailed to the address on the registration form. Paypal and Zelle will be the electronic options.

A Capital Experience for Non-Golfing Guests
A thoughtfully curated Non-Golfer Guest Experience is available for attendees who will not be participating in tournament play. This three-day experience offers a blend of connection, cultural enrichment, and signature Washington, D.C. experiences, including a welcome reception, a guided cultural excursion, and a scenic brunch cruise.
